Sustainable and Novel Solutions for Post-Process Wafer Cleans
Semiconductor manufacturers are increasingly facing the challenge of altering established materials and processes amid stricter regulations and rising concerns about their EHS impact.
Indeed, it is often far from trivial to find an alternative solution that combines the three aspects of i) green chemistry, ii) competitive technical performance, and iii) good cost-of-ownership position.
Merck is pursuing R&D programs to come up with sustainable innovative solutions. We provide technical services to support the industry with novel and application-specific solutions. This talk will provide insights into our newly developed and REACH compliant product portfolio of Wafer Cleans.
